YogaFX International Yoga Teacher Training Academy is looking for a CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to support our customer communication, database management, and digital marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CRM and customer databases.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Organise customer data and audience segmentation.
- Support customer follow-up and communication.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Maintain accurate and organised customer records.
- Assist with CRM and email automation.
- Support other digital marketing activities when required.
Requirements
- Experience with CRM and/or email marketing platforms.
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Familiar with email marketing and digital communication.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
- Able to learn new systems quickly.
- Previous digital marketing experience is an advantage.
