SEA PADEL is looking for a highly organized and execution-focused CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to help build and manage our CRM, lead management, and automation infrastructure across multiple business units.
This role is focused on systems, automation, lead funnels, data organization, and operational efficiency — not traditional social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize HubSpot as SEA PADEL’s central CRM
- Build lead capture systems, forms, pipelines, lists, and segmentation
- Create and maintain automation workflows and follow-up systems
- Integrate CRM with website, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, forms, and operational tools
- Build dashboards and reporting visibility across teams
- Improve operational efficiency by reducing manual processes
- Maintain proper CRM documentation and data structure
Requirements
- Mandatory: Strong mastery of HubSpot CRM and automation
- 2–5 years of relevant CRM / Marketing Operations experience
- Strong understanding of lead funnels, automation, and CRM workflows
- Experience with Zapier, Make, or similar no-code automation tools
- Highly structured, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong English communication and documentation skills
Preferred Background
Experience in startups, SaaS, digital operations, or fast-growing businesses is highly preferred.
This can start as a freelance, project-based, or part-time role with potential to grow long-term.
