Deskripsi pekerjaan Crewing Supervisor Pt Temas. Tbk
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience in crewing.
- Have good reporting and communication skills.
- Understand all the processes in and out of the crew from the ship.
- Applicant must be willing to work at Sunter, North Jakarta.
Job Description :
- Ensuring the availability of quality crew and all crew recruitment activities runs according to company procedures and requirements.
- Conducting cooperation with the School of Marine Academy / agents of crewing recruitment, so that the needs of ship crews can be fulfilled on time.
- Compile and review the Cadet Program to ensure that all programs are run well and according to company regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections on board to ensure the quality and performance of the recruited Crew goes well so that the vessels operation running smoothly.
- Create reports according to the scope of work performed for analysis needs and performance monitoring by superiors.
- Documenting all working documents related to the scope of work done so that all documents can be archieved completely and properly.
- Prepare and arrange for briefing familirization for crew who will join on board..
- Scope of work include Recruitment of all seafarer managed by PT. Asia Marine Temas.

Kalau di kontrak PKWT karyawan diperbolehkan mengundurkan diri apakah akan tetap dapat penalty jika resign sebelum kontrak habis?
