Food & Beverage Crew – Store
Job Purpose
Responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting smooth day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
Prepare food and beverages according to company standards and recipes.
Ensure all products are presented attractively and consistently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, equipment, and work areas.
Restock ingredients, packaging, and other store supplies.
Monitor product quality, freshness, and stock levels.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints professionally.
Assist with opening and closing store procedures.
Support stock counting and inventory management.
Achieve daily sales and service targets.
Work closely with other crew members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.
Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager.
Requirements
Minimum high school education or equivalent.
Previous F&B, retail, café, or customer service experience is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team.
