In this role, you will be part of the MIE STAR COMPANY team. As a Site Acquisition (Location Analyst), you will lead the Location team to find the right location for our company to expand based on the location profitability analysis.
Job description :
Responsible for Strategic Planning related to Business and Restaurant Development
Negotiate Rental costs and review all Rental-related agreements
Planning & mapping potential areas for the Restaurant location
Developing a new region for Restaurant atau store expansion
Location feasibility study for Restaurant expansion
Responsible for making restaurant strength analysis in advance by seeing the economic growth, population, and competitors
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least 3 years of working experience in the same position as a Site Acquisition Lead / Business Development Lead / Location Analyst Lead
Required knowledge: site location, site development, and market planner
Good Analytical Thinking
Great Communication and Presentation Skill
