- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in credit analysis and/or credit risk management.
- Mandatory experience in the automotive and/or leasing/multifinance industry.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a leadership role within credit analysis or credit risk.
- Strong understanding of creditworthiness assessment and credit scoring for vehicle financing.
- Familiarity with the survey, verification, and appraisal processes for prospective borrowers.
- Familiarity with OJK regulations applicable to financing and multifinance companies.
- Ability to review and analyze financial statements and assess borrowers' risk profiles.
- Proficiency in credit scoring systems/applications and credit reporting tools.
- Proven ability to lead, supervise, and develop a team of credit analysts.
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to make timely, risk-based decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, decisive, and highly committed to integrity in credit decision-making.
- Willingness to conduct branch visits and coordinate with branch teams as required.
- Existing networks or professional relationships with leasing or multifinance companies are preferred.
- Fluent in English.
