Creator Specialist (KOL & Affiliate Marketing)

About Eclaire
Eclaire is a growing women's fashion brand offering timeless, feminine, and effortlessly chic pieces for women of different shapes and sizes.
We're looking for a proactive and well-connected Creator Specialist who understands influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and affiliate strategies to help us grow our creator network and drive brand awareness and sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and recruit KOLs, content creators, and affiliates aligned with Eclaire's brand and target audience.
- Manage creator collaborations, including product seeding, barter, paid partnerships, and affiliate programs.
- Negotiate collaboration rates, deliverables, timelines, and partnership terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and affiliate partners.
- Coordinate product selection, content briefs, sample shipments, and posting schedules.
- Develop and execute creator and affiliate campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee.
- Monitor creator performance, content engagement, affiliate conversions, and sales contribution.
- Track campaign results, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
- Identify new creator opportunities, trends, and collaboration strategies.
- Work closely with the Creative Brand Lead and marketing team to ensure content aligns with Eclaire's brand direction.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in KOL Management, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Creator Partnerships.
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Shopee Affiliate, and creator marketing trends.
- Experience managing creator collaborations from outreach to campaign execution.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to identify creators with strong content quality and sales potential.
- Understands basic creator performance metrics, engagement rates, conversions, and ROI.
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
- Comfortable managing multiple creators, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce is a plus.
- Having an existing network of creators or affiliates is a strong advantage.

Working Days: Monday–Friday
Working Hours: 09.00–17.00 WIB
