This role focuses on the operation of local Indonesian content talents and creator ecology. The core responsibilities include recruiting, incubating, training, managing and maintaining local creators, building a high-quality local creator matrix, promoting the continuous optimization of the platform's content ecology and traffic growth, closely following the content trends of the Indonesian local market, and improving the activity and content output quality of local creators.
- Responsible for the daily management of various local Indonesian creators including short video bloggers, self-media influencers and internet celebrities, establish a standardized creator operation system, maintain good talent cooperation relationships, and improve talent retention and stickiness.
- Carry out systematic training for local Indonesian creators, including content creation skills, platform rule interpretation, traffic improvement methods and monetization model guidance, helping talents quickly improve content creation and account operation capabilities.
- Explore and screen high-quality potential local talents and creators, complete talent recruitment, signing and incubation in accordance with platform operation needs, and continuously expand the high-quality creator resource pool.
- Keep track of local Indonesian content market trends, hot topics and user preferences in real time, guide creators on content creation directions, and assist them in optimizing content scripts, shooting, editing and release strategies.
- Track the data of creators' content output, complete data statistics, review and analysis, and formulate and implement optimization schemes for problems with core data such as play volume, interaction rate and follower growth rate.
- Respond to and solve creators' daily operation problems and demands, coordinate internal resources, and ensure the orderly development of creators' content creation, traffic support, activity participation and monetization cooperation.
- Plan and launch local creator incentive activities and incubation programs, mobilize creators' enthusiasm, and improve the overall activity of the content ecology and the output of high-quality content.
