What we’re looking for:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Creator/Influencer Management, Campaign Marketing, or similar roles.
* Must have experience working in an MCN, Influencer Agency, Talent Agency, or similar industry.
* Lead and manage a team to achieve monthly GMV, content, and engagement targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, brands, and key clients.
* Recruit and manage creators, and match them with suitable brand campaigns based on their niche, audience, and performance.
* Work closely with brands and internal teams to manage campaigns, briefs, samples, content, and live streaming execution.
* Monitor performance and develop strategies to improve GMV, creator growth, and overall business results.
