Creator Management Intern (Paid Internship)

Responsibilities

1. Manage and monitor the performance of Shopee creators
2. Conduct weekly creator training sessions via Google Meet
3. Support Golden Tick Incubation programs, including webinars and creator development activities
4. Review creator accounts and provide recommendations for improvement
5. Track creator performance and prepare regular reports
6. Coordinate communications, follow-ups, and engagement with creators
   

Requirements

1. Students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
2. Available for a minimum 3-month internship
3. Interested in beauty and social commerce
4. Familiarity with Shopee, affiliate marketing, or creator ecosystems is a plus
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
7. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
