- Actively source potential Live Streaming Hosts through Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, communities, talent networks, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct direct outreach and initiate conversations with potential talents.
- Identify individuals with strong communication skills, confidence, personality, camera presence, and potential as a Live Streaming Host.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline/database.
- Screen and qualify potential candidates based on predefined criteria.
- Follow up with potential talents and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Coordinate qualified candidates with the recruitment/interview team.
- Continuously discover new talent pools and unconventional sourcing channels.
