Creative Team
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams on campaigns and projects
* Develop and execute creative content (video, photo, digital, social, or branding assets)
* Participate in concept development, storyboarding, and creative presentations
* Manage assigned tasks from pre-production to final delivery
* Ensure creative output meets quality, brand, and client expectations
* Work efficiently under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Communicate clearly with internal teams and, when required, clients
* Stay updated on creative trends, tools, and industry best practices
Requirements & Qualifications
* Experience working in a creative production house or agency environment or media for television
* Strong creative sense with attention to detail
* Proficiency in relevant tools (Adobe Creative Suite, video/photo tools, or production software depending on role and AI)
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Good time management and organizational skills
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
* Passion for creativity, storytelling, and visual culture
* Experienced in communicating and looking for the latest guest stars or sources
