The role
Turn business and brand briefs into clear, original ideas. You research the problem, find the angle, shape the experience, and build the story that helps clients see why the idea should exist.
What you will do
- Research brands, audiences, categories, competitors, culture, and technology trends
- Turn briefs into insights, creative territories, big ideas, and experience concepts
- Define the audience journey, interaction flow, and meaningful role of technology
- Structure pitch decks, write the narrative, and gather strong references, moodboards, and precedents
- Collaborate with designers to visualize concepts and creative technologists to validate feasibility
- Join pitches and help carry approved concepts into execution
- Use AI and modern tools to research, explore, synthesize, and iterate faster

- Good at turning a messy or ambiguous brief into a clear direction
- Strong storyteller, writer, and presenter
- Has taste and can judge whether an idea or reference is actually strong
- Curious about people, brands, culture, technology, and emerging behavior
- Collaborative and comfortable working across strategy, design, account, and technology
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in creative strategy, brand experience, activation, advertising, design, or related work
- A portfolio or case studies that show how you developed an idea, not only the final visuals
- Good written and spoken English
- Comfortable with research, pitch decks, and AI tools
- Experience with interactive, experiential, or technology-led work is a bonus
