Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in Ideation & Brainstorming: Participate in creative sessions to brainstorm ideas for digital campaigns, social media, video productions, and brand activations.
- Support Market Research: Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to gather insights and find creative inspirations.
- Help Draft Creative Briefs: Assist the strategy or creative team in gathering reference materials and drafting sections of internal creative briefs.
- Collaborate & Support Execution: Work closely with Account, Producer, and Creative teams to support daily project execution and basic administrative tasks.
- Content Development Support: Help adapt or refine creative outputs, ensuring they align with brand guidelines under the supervision of senior creatives.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, viral content, and industry news, and actively share these findings with the team.
- Internal Presentations: Share creative ideas, visual references, and research findings during internal team meetings.
