Deskripsi pekerjaan Creative Strategist TUFF Athletes
TUFF Athletes is looking for someone who can turn ideas into campaigns, content directions, and creative concepts that actually make sense for the brand. You’ll work closely with the Brand & Marketing team to shape how TUFF, our athletes, academy projects, events, and partnerships show up to the public. This role is about making things look cool and It’s about understanding what we want to say, who we want to say it to, and finding the most interesting way to say it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
💡 Develop Creative Concepts
Turn briefs, campaigns, athlete stories, launches, and partnerships into strong creative directions.
📲 Build Content Strategies
Plan what kind of content we should create, why we’re creating it, and how it should work across social media.
🎯 Translate Business Goals Into Ideas
Work with the Brand & Marketing Director to turn objectives like awareness, registrations, sponsorship, or audience growth into creative executions.
🎥 Brief the Creative Team
Work closely with content producers, designers, photographers, and editors to make sure ideas are executed properly.
🏅 Build Athlete & Sports Narratives
Find the story behind athletes, competitions, training, wins, losses, and everything happening around TUFF — then turn those stories into something people want to follow.
🤝 Support Campaigns & Partnerships
Develop creative ideas for brand collaborations, sponsorship activations, sports events, academies, and other TUFF projects.
📈 Learn What Works
Pay attention to content performance, trends, audience behavior, and cultural moments — then use those insights to improve the next idea.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’d love someone who:
-Can think conceptually and explain why an idea works, not just whether it looks good.
-Understands social media, digital culture, trends, and how people consume content today.
-Can write simple but strong copy, headlines, campaign ideas, and creative briefs.
-Has a good visual sense and understands branding, even if you’re not necessarily a designer.
-Is genuinely interested in sports, athletes, or sports culture.
-Can collaborate with designers, content creators, photographers, and marketing people without making everyone hate the brief.
-Is comfortable working in a small, growing team where ideas can move from “what if we do this?” to execution pretty quickly.
-Fresh graduates are welcome, especially if you have a strong portfolio, personal projects, campaign ideas, or relevant internship experience.
A PLUS IF YOU:
Have experience in an agency, brand, creative team, or social media environment.
Regularly play or follow any sport.
Understand sports marketing, athlete branding, or youth culture.
Can make decks / moodboards / creative presentations.
Know enough design or editing to communicate your ideas visually.
