Responsibilities
- Develop marketing and communication strategies based on client objectives
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights
- Create campaign frameworks, brand positioning, and strategic recommendations
- Translate data and insights into actionable creative and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with creative, social media, KOL, and account teams for campaign execution
- Prepare strategic presentations, proposals, and campaign rationale for clients
- Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic optimization recommendations
- Identify trends, consumer behavior, and digital opportunities relevant to brands
- Support brainstorming sessions with data-driven and insight-led ideas
- Ensure campaigns align with brand goals, target audience, and business direction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Advertising, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in strategic planning, digital marketing, or brand strategy
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent research and presentation abilities
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, social media, and digital trends
- Able to interpret data into meaningful strategic recommendations
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Experience in agency environment is a plus
- Familiar with campaign reporting and performance metrics is preferred
