Job Descriptions
- Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, and storytelling approaches based on client and Account Manager briefs.
- Create content concepts for KOL and influencer campaigns, including copywriting, scripts, storyboards, and mood boards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Account Managers and KOL Specialists, to ensure creative ideas align with campaign objectives and talent characteristics.
- Provide clear creative directions and content guidelines to KOLs and creators to ensure content aligns with brand requirements.
- Ensure all creative outputs support campaign KPIs, including engagement, awareness, and conversion goals.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and digital culture to generate relevant and impactful campaign ideas.
- Revise and refine creative concepts based on client feedback while maintaining creative quality and effectiveness.
- Support campaign evaluation by providing creative insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for client pitches and campaign proposals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Advertising, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a creative, advertising, digital marketing, social media, or agency environment.
- Strong skills in creative concept development, storytelling, and content ideation.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and digital content strategies.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Familiarity with creative & productivity tools (ex. Canva/ Capcut, Google Slides/Keynote for pitch decks) is a plus.
- Willing to adapt to flexible working hours when managing time sensitive campaigns or client events.
- Fluency in written and spoken Indonesian and English (especially for copywriting and client presentations)
- Basic visual design, video production, or multimedia skills are a plus.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.
- Creative, innovative, and highly adaptable to changing trends and feedback.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality output.
