Garia Games Ltd is a UK-based mobile gaming studio behind a growing portfolio of classic and casual card games such as Tonk, Rummy, Go Fish, and Cribbage. Our games are have thousands of players worldwide, and high-performing advertising creatives are a key driver of our growth.
We are looking for a talented Creative Strategist & Ad Designer from Indonesia to create high-performing video ads and static advertising creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, and other paid acquisition channels.
This is a long-term remote role for someone who wants to grow with a fast-moving global gaming company.
We are specifically looking for someone with experience creating performance marketing creatives for paid advertising campaigns.
This role focuses on:
* Facebook / Instagram ads
* TikTok ads
* Google UAC creatives
* Short-form video ads
* Static ad creatives designed to improve CTR, CVR, ROAS, installs, and engagement
We are NOT looking for:
* Social media post designers
* Branding-only graphic designers
* Community managers
* Organic content creators without paid ads experience
Your portfolio must include actual advertising creatives used for paid campaigns.
Job Description
You will be responsible for ideating, producing, and optimizing:
* Video ads
* Static ad creatives
* Short-form vertical videos
* Thumbnails and banners
for our mobile game advertising campaigns.
You will work directly with the founder (UK-based), analyse performance data, and continuously iterate creatives based on results.
We are looking for someone who is:
* Highly creative
* Fast-moving

* Comfortable producing a high volume of creatives
* Able to work independently in a remote environment
Responsibilities
* Create video ads for Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, and YouTube
* Produce static ads, banners, and thumbnails for paid campaigns
* Edit short-form TikTok/Reels-style videos with strong hooks and pacing
* Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing
* Study top-performing ads and adapt concepts for our games
* Track performance metrics and improve creatives based on data
* Stay updated with advertising trends and platform best practices
* Organise digital assets and maintain creative consistency
* Collaborate directly with the founder on ideas, strategy, and iteration
Requirements
* Proven experience creating paid advertising creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, or similar platforms
* Portfolio containing actual ad creatives used in marketing campaigns
* Experience using ANY video editing tools
(You will primarily work using Wondershare Filmora)
* Strong graphic design ability using ANY graphic editor
(You will primarily work using Pixelmator Pro)
* Strong understanding of TikTok / Facebook / Instagram Reels-style short-form ads
* Strong visual sense: layout, composition, typography, colour, pacing
* Basic understanding of creative performance metrics:
Hook Rate, CTR, CVR, ROAS, VTR
* Good English comprehension for briefs and feedback
* Strong discipline in remote work and meeting deadlines
* Stable and reliable internet connection
