About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Staff to join our creative team and bring ideas to life across Bounce Street Asia & Naughty Olive.
You will be involved in the day-to-day creative production, from developing visual content and supporting campaigns to producing photo, video, and graphic materials for both digital and offline channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and enjoys turning ideas into engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and other brand initiatives.
- Translate creative concepts and briefs into engaging visual executions.
- Support the development of creative assets for both digital and offline channels.
- Produce and edit photo and video content for social media and marketing needs.
- Create graphic design materials such as social media posts, promotional materials, presentations, and campaign assets.
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead, Marketing team, and other departments to execute creative projects.
- Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand identity and visual standards.
- Support photo/video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Contribute creative ideas and concepts for campaigns and content.
- Manage multiple creative projects and deliver outputs within deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant educational background in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Creative Media, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Creative, Content Creation, or a related role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, content creation, photography, videography, or creative projects.
- Proficient in: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Figma, CapCut end Canva.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of 3D design & rendering such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or SketchUp is a plus.
- Good photography and videography skills.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics and visual storytelling.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate ideas into visual content.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiar with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
