What You’ll Do:
- Write and develop creative briefs that turn client goals into clear creative directions.
- Build decks and pitch presentations with narrative flow that truly sells the idea.
- copywriting / scriptwriting
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement for clients/in-house project.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content, including captions, visuals, and short-form videos, aligned with client branding and agency standards.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance; prepare reports and actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with all creative team to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, best practices, and emerging social media trends.
- Lead concept development and campaign storytelling with originality and purpose.
- Ensure every output looks clean, consistent, and creatively sharp from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For: (Mandatory)
• Graduates in the arts or similar field with a min of 6 years of experience in the field.
• Detail oriented, proactive, and able to think strategically within creative projects.
• Team player who thrives in a fast moving, collaborative environment.
• Comfortable managing creative projects end to end.
