Creative Producer
You’ll work closely with the Creative, Project Manager, Editor, talents, and external production partners to make sure every production runs smoothly, stays on track, and delivers quality results.
Bring creative ideas to life, from brief to final cut. As a Creative Production Specialist at Sejalan, you’ll be the person who makes sure great creative ideas actually happen. From planning production, coordinating talents and crew, to making sure every shot meets the brief — you'll help bring concepts to life and turn them into content that connects with audiences.
What You'll Do
- Manage the production process end-to-end — from pre-production planning, shooting, to post-production coordination and final delivery.
- Coordinate production logistics, including talents, crew, vendors, studios, props, wardrobe, equipment, and production schedules.
- Translate creative briefs and scripts into production execution, making sure everyone involved understands the vision and deliverables.
- Work closely with the Creative team to bring creative concepts to life while keeping production practical and achievable.
- Monitor production timelines and progress, ensuring shoots and deliverables stay on schedule.
- Conduct quality checks on content to ensure framing, visual quality, product placement, props, wardrobe, and brand guidelines are properly executed.
- Coordinate with Editors and Project Managers during the post-production process to ensure revisions and final outputs meet expectations.
- Manage multiple productions and priorities while staying organized and keeping things moving.
- Solve problems on the go and handle unexpected changes during production with a proactive mindset.
- Stay updated on social media content trends and production formats, especially for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
Who We're Looking For
- Have 1–2 years of experience in Creative Production, Content Production, or a related role.
- Understand the end-to-end production process, from pre-production and shooting to post-production.
- Comfortable coordinating talents, crew, vendors, studios, props, and production schedules.
- Understand social media content production, especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
- Able to turn creative briefs and scripts into clear production plans and execution.
- Have a good eye for detail, visual quality, framing, product placement, and brand consistency.
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple projects with tight timelines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills when working with Creative, Project Managers, Editors, and external partners.
- Familiar with Google Workspace and basic production documentation.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems when things don't go according to plan.
- Most importantly: you enjoy making things happen and bringing creative ideas to life.
