Deskripsi pekerjaan Creative Producer & Editor PT Lafiye Mode Indonesia (LAFIYE)
LAFIYE’s in-house creative production team is looking for a Creative Producer & Editor Staff who does the whole campaign process, from concept to shoot to final edit, delivering work at a premium standard. This is not a post-production-only role, you’ll be on set, behind the camera, ensuring the final output stays true to the original, forward-thinking vision.
Responsibilities
- Pre-Production
- Develop campaign concepts with clear, fully realized creative direction including mood boards, references, production setups, visual approach, and delivery formats.
2. Production
- Execute shoots end-to-end from camera operation, lighting setup, on-set direction, ensuring every frame captured serves the campaign.
- Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and manage unforeseen issues with composure.
3. Post-Production
- Edit video content to a premium standard using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, translating campaign vision into final outputs through pacing, color, sound, and transitions.
- Deliver all assets on time, correctly formatted, ready to publish.
Qualifications
- Female or Male, willing to work on-site at our office in East Jakarta.
- Proven 1-year experience in campaign production, video for fashion / beauty brands, not limited to personal projects.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Exceptionally detail-oriented, from aspect ratios to color grading to final deliverables, nothing slips through the cracks.
- Basic understanding of camera and lighting equipment used in production.
- Highly disciplined with timelines; able to work efficiently without compromising quality, and consistently meet production deadlines.
- Experimentally minded, willing to push the concept, try new approaches, and propose directions that haven't been done before.
- Concept-driven. You don't just execute a brief, understand why it was written that way and improve it.
