Creative Planner Intern

Arc Global Network is a creative digital agency specializing in social media management. We work with leading brands across various industries to develop creative content, digital campaigns, and social media strategies that help brands connect with their audiences.

Role Description

The Creative Intern is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with a 6-month internship contract and the potential to transition into a full-time employee based on performance and business needs.

The intern will work closely with the creative team to develop concepts, content ideas, and visual narratives for social media and digital campaigns. Responsibilities include brainstorming, trend and competitor research, copywriting, assisting with creative strategies, preparing presentations, and collaborating with designers, writers, and strategists across various client projects. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on agency experience, work with diverse brands and industries, and grow within Arc Global Network.

Qualifications

• Strong creativity skills with an ability to generate fresh concepts and visual or narrative ideas.
• Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in team settings.
• Interest or foundational knowledge in creative strategy and branding, with the ability to support campaign development.
• Basic writing skills for crafting social media captions, short copy, and concept descriptions.
• Currently studying or recently graduated in a relevant field such as Design, Communication, Marketing, Media, or related disciplines.
• Comfort working on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced environment in Jakarta, Indonesia.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and social media; basic design or content tools knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and contribute proactively to team projects.
