The Creative Multimedia Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual content across graphic design, photography, videography, and video production to support the company's branding, marketing, corporate communications, social media, and business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visual content for corporate, marketing, branding, social media, events, and internal communications.
- Develop graphic designs for digital and print materials while maintaining brand consistency.
- Plan, shoot, and produce professional photo and video content using cameras and related equipment.
- Handle photography and videography for corporate events, campaigns, products, people, and company activities.
- Edit photos and videos, including color correction, retouching, audio, transitions, and basic motion graphics.
- Manage creative projects from concept development and production to post-production and final delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate business objectives into engaging visual content.
- Maintain and organize creative assets, files, photos, and video footage.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in design, photography, videography, and digital content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Film, Photography, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, photography, and videography.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Proficient in professional camera operation, lighting, composition, and basic cinematography.
- Strong visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Good communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced corporate environment.
