Creative Mathematics Teacher (Primary/Secondary) with English Proficiency

Calling All Innovative Educators! Are you passionate about making Mathematics exciting, visual, and relevant to everyday life? We are looking for a Creative Mathematics Teacher for our Primary and Secondary levels to join our progressive learning community at Sekolah Anak Merdeka].
We believe learning goes beyond traditional textbooks. We are seeking a dynamic educator who can break down abstract concepts and integrate math into real-world, hands-on projects—whether through the arts, environmental studies, or interactive problem-solving.
What You Will Do:
• Design and deliver engaging, out-of-the-box Mathematics lessons for Primary and/or Secondary students.
• Transform complex mathematical concepts into fun, experiential, and creative learning journeys.
• Foster a positive, inquiry-based classroom environment where students feel confident to explore and make mistakes.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to create exciting cross-curricular projects.
Who We Are Looking For:
• English Proficiency: Highly fluent in both spoken and written English to effectively deliver lessons and communicate within an international-minded framework.
• Creative Teaching Skills: Proven ability to move away from rote memorization. You use innovative methods, gamification, storytelling, or project-based learning to teach numbers.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience teaching Primary or Secondary math. Familiarity with progressive curricula (such as Cambridge or IB frameworks) is a strong advantage.
• Mindset: A continuous learner, highly adaptable, and passionate about student-centered education.
