Job Description
- Design monthly/seasonal marketing campaigns, create content calendars, and write compelling copy for social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Manage social media accounts, produce visual content (photos/videos), and monitor trends to increase engagement and followers.
- Provide visual direction (moodboards) to videographers/designers for product photo shoots or video content creation.
- Ensure physical marketing materials are consistent with brand identity.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics (engagement, reach, conversion rate) and compile reports for evaluation.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in F&B marketing or a creative agency.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong passion for the F&B industry.
- Ability to think outside the box and create fresh campaign concepts.
- Mastery of social media platforms (especially TikTok and Instagram) and current trends.
- Able to create creative copywriting and have a background in photography/videography or editing (CapCut/Adobe Premiere).
- Able to read social media performance data and sales reports.
- Communicative, proactive, and able to work in a team.
- Creative, energetic, and up-to-date with culinary trends.
- Target-oriented (focused on increasing sales and awareness).
