Deskripsi pekerjaan Creative Marketing Smith Berlin
Job Description
-Establish digital marketing strategies and campaigns to fulfil each objective.
-Plan high quality, engaging, and creative campaign and content for the digital and social media channels.
-Coordinate with internal team in the planning, development, and implementation of social media strategies and concept ideation.
·-Plan and be responsible for strategy creation
-Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices
-Explore ways to engage and interact with the community while providing them with a personalized experience.
-Conduct, monitor, and identify opportunities, risks, and trends, including competitors’ movements.
-Continuously monitor and analyze marketing investment in all channels
Requirements:
- Maximum 35 years old
- Have a minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or any related field.
- Understanding of Social Media Ads is a plus.
- Good communication in Indonesian & English, both oral and written.
- Creative with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Analytical thinker, tech-savvy, energetic, and detail oriented.
- Able to do multiple project, work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding in user behavior, able to translate user understanding
- Self-driven, passionate, have a strong business acumen
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to detail
- Ability to be agile and flexible in adapting in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in the fashion sector is a plus.
