Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute end-to-end creative marketing campaigns (both online and offline) that align with overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the internal creative team (including Social Media Spc, Content Creators, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and Video Editors).
- Ensure all visual assets, videos, and copy meet the highest quality standards, maintain a consistent brand voice, and resonate with the target audience.
- Oversee content management across various digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Website, etc.) and monitor campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, engagement rates, conversion rates) and utilize data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
- Partner with Operational, Sales, and R&D teams to ensure brand messaging is cohesive and impactful across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication Studies, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Creative Marketing, Digital Agencies, or a similar creative managerial role.
- A proven portfolio demonstrating successful creative marketing campaigns you have led and executed.
- Strong understanding of current digital trends, social media algorithms (especially TikTok & Instagram), and consumer behavior.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.) and a solid grasp of design/editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite/CapCut) for supervisory purposes.
- Exceptional leadership, persuasive communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
