We are looking for an experienced Creative Manager for Event Activation with a strong background in BTL and experiential marketing. This role leads the visual direction and creative execution of BTL campaigns, brand activations, events, retail experiences, and experiential marketing projects. The position works closely with Creative Directors, Account Teams, Activations, and Vendors to ensure every concept is translated into powerful, high-impact on-ground experiences while maintaining strong visual consistency and brand integrity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Translate client briefs, strategic insights, and consumer insights into big ideas and measurable activation concepts for BTL and brand activation campaigns
- Lead the development of strong visual concepts, including mood boards, key visuals, 3D mockups, and presentation materials
- Prepare and confidently present creative decks and concepts in pitches and client meetings
- Lead, mentor, and manage the workflow of the creative team to maintain high creative standards
- Oversee execution quality, including booth/venue design, communication materials, and event props, ensuring quality control and brand consistency
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, account, production, operations) and external vendors to bring concepts to life
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brief, with concepts that are feasible given on-ground conditions
- Keep up with brand activation trends, interactive technology, and creative references
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in creative roles, including at least 2 years in a senior or leadership position
- Background in a BTL, brand activation, event, or experiential marketing agency
- Strong portfolio of executed BTL campaigns, events, and activation projects
- Excellent conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of on-ground production (booths, stages, merchandise, signage)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
- Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of 3D software (SketchUp, Blender, or similar) is a strong advantage
