Role Overview
Electra Group is looking for a Creative Lead who can combine bold creativity with a strong performance mindset. This role is responsible for developing high-impact creative ideas, campaigns, and content strategies that not only build brand awareness but also drive measurable business results such as traffic, engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate is someone who understands sneaker culture, internet culture, and performance marketing, and is able to transform creative ideas into revenue-generating campaigns.
Requirement:
- 2–5 years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, or content development.
- Prior experience in fashion, streetwear, sneaker, or youth culture brands is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of building or elevating a distinct visual identity and maintaining brand consistency across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop big creative ideas for marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and sales.
- Lead the concept development for:
- Product launches.
- Seasonal sales campaigns.
- Brand collaborations.
- Marketing activations.
- Create disruptive and engaging campaigns that stand out in the sneaker and streetwear market.
- Continuously experiment with new creative formats and marketing approaches, including:
- A/B testing creative ideas.
- Testing new content formats.
- Identifying viral growth opportunities.
-Lead and mentor the creative team (designers, editors, content creators).
- Provide clear creative direction and maintain consistency in brand identity.
- Ensure creative output aligns with marketing objectives and performance targets.
