The Creative Lead is responsible for shaping and owning the creative vision of Oh Beauty across all events and platforms. This head-level role leads multiple creative functions and ensures that every visual, narrative, and experience is cohesive, relevant, and performance-driven. Working closely with business and operations leaders, the Creative Lead plays a critical role in building strong brand trust, delivering memorable visitor experiences, and driving measurable creative impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and define the overall creative vision and direction of Oh Beauty across festivals, roadshows, and year-round programs, ensuring consistency in visual system, storytelling, and experience across all touchpoints.
- Develop the main event concepts, yearly themes, and creative narratives, translating them into clear creative frameworks for all divisions.
- Design and oversee the end-to-end visitor experience, ensuring alignment between concept, programming, spatial flow, and content.
- Curate and direct event programs and activations to ensure relevance, engagement, and strong experiential value.
- Lead and manage the creative function, including Social Media Marketing, Program Marketing, and Art/Visual teams, providing direction, feedback, and quality control.
- Set and enforce creative standards and quality control, ensuring visual and narrative consistency from key visuals to on-ground execution.
- Define content direction and campaign angles across pre-event, during-event, and post-event phases, in alignment with event objectives.
- Track and evaluate creative and content performance, ensuring outputs contribute to awareness, trust, and measurable results.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creative direction, brand, content, or experiential roles, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven experience leading creative teams (content, design, marketing) and setting creative direction at a brand or event level.
- Experience working on large-scale events, festivals, or integrated campaigns is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to balance creative vision with performance metrics and business objectives.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
