What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who combines four important capabilities:
Creative Thinker + Designer + Team Leader + Client Communicator
This position is not purely managerial.
The Creative Manager must be able to challenge the team creatively while understanding how the work is technically executed.
At the same time, this person must be confident enough to sit in a meeting with business owners, marketing managers, hotel management, and other senior stakeholders and professionally represent Incognito Asia.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal Creative Manager is someone who can lead the team, lead the client meeting, present confidently in English, generate the idea, defend the creative reasoning, and open the design file when necessary.
They understand that strong creative work is not only about aesthetics. It must communicate clearly, represent the client’s brand correctly, support marketing objectives, and be presented professionally to stakeholders.
