# We’re Hiring — Creative Lead
TAV Digital Pro is looking for a "Creative Lead" to join our growing creative team in Bali.
We’re looking for someone with a strong creative eye, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to turn ideas into meaningful and engaging content for our clients.
As our Creative Lead, you’ll help shape the creative direction across multiple brands while working closely with our graphic design, social media, and production teams.
What you’ll do
* Develop creative concepts and visual directions for social media and digital campaigns
* Create moodboards, creative references, and campaign directions
* Guide and support the graphic design team throughout the creative process
* Review creative output and ensure consistency across different brands
* Collaborate with Social Media and Production teams to bring ideas to life
* Translate client briefs into strong and relevant creative concepts
* Stay up to date with fashion, lifestyle, branding, and social media trends
* Contribute ideas and actively participate in the creative development process
What we’re looking for
* 1+ year of experience in a creative field
* Strong visual sense and attention to detail
* Good understanding of branding, social media, and digital content
* Creative thinker with the ability to develop ideas from concept to execution
* Good communication and collaboration skills
* Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
* Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
* Fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG experience is a plus
* Portfolio is required
We’re not necessarily looking for someone who has already been a “Creative Lead” before. We’re looking for someone who is ready to take the next step, take ownership, lead ideas, and grow with the team.
