RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage the creative team, including Graphic Designers, Content Creators, Videographers,
Photographers, and Social Media Specialists
• Develop content strategies and marketing campaigns for all brands under Mawi Group
• Oversee the entire content production process, from planning and shooting to editing and publishing
• Ensure all promotional materials align with the company's branding guidelines and visual standards
• Generate creative campaign ideas to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales
• Manage the content calendar and ensure publication targets are achieved on schedule
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Operations, and Management teams to support promotional initiatives
• Analyze content and campaign performance to develop more effective strategies
• Stay up to date with social media trends, digital marketing developments, and changes within the creative industry
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Creative Lead, Creative Supervisor, Social Media Lead, or similar
role
• Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar creative software
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and creative planning skills
• Strong sense of branding, visual aesthetics, and digital trends
• Comfortable working with targets, deadlines, and production timelines
• Ability to provide clear creative direction and guidance to the team
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
