Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Visual Communication, or a related field;
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Creative Director or Head of Creative, preferably in a fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand.
- Strong visual taste and understanding of men's fashion, branding, and contemporary design.
- Proven ability to define and execute a cohesive creative direction aligned with the brand identity and business goals.
- Experienced in leading and mentoring multidisciplinary creative teams, including Graphic Designers, Content Creators, Photographers, and Videographers.
- Strong skills in creative concept development, art direction, and visual storytelling across digital and offline platforms.
- Hands-on experience managing fashion campaigns, photoshoots, and video productions.
- Able to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Merchandising, and E-Commerce teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about staying ahead of fashion, design, and cultural trends.
