Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative strategies for digital marketing campaigns and brand communications.
- Lead and manage cross-functional creative teams including graphic designers, videographers, social media specialists, content creators, copywriters, and motion graphic designers.
- Oversee the entire creative production process from ideation, concept development, execution, to final quality control.
- Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with the company’s brand identity, tone of voice, and business goals.
- Plan and manage creative campaigns across multiple digital platforms including social media, websites, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, Media Buying, and Business Development teams to align creative initiatives with business strategies.
- Create and maintain creative guidelines and visual standards for brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Generate innovative and engaging creative concepts that strengthen brand positioning and audience engagement.
- Monitor digital trends, emerging technologies, AI creative tools, and consumer behavior to keep content relevant and competitive.
- Analyze campaign and content performance metrics to optimize creative strategies and improve results.
- Manage project timelines, creative workflows, and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance development for the creative team.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, production houses, talents, and influencers when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in creative, branding, or digital marketing roles.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional creative teams and managing large-scale creative projects.
- Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media marketing, and content strategy.
- Excellent creative concepting and campaign planning abilities.
- Deep understanding of digital content production including design, video, motion graphics, and copywriting.
- Familiar with social media platforms and current algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and insights.
- Proficient in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools is a strong advantage.
