Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Strategy & Campaign Development
- Lead creative ideation and develop viral campaign concepts aligned with client objectives and platform trends.
- Translate client briefs into content angles, messaging, and creator directions that drive awareness and engagement.
- Stay updated with social media trends, creator ecosystems, and emerging AI tools to drive creative innovation.
2. Campaign Execution & Quality Control
- Oversee end-to-end execution of KOL, UGC, and clipping campaigns to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Review scripts, content outputs, and campaign assets to maintain creative excellence and brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with Account & Content Creator teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
3. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead and mentor Creative Lead and Content Creator to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Manage creative workflows, priorities, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the creative team.
4. Performance & Creative Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance and derive insights to improve content effectiveness.
- Drive experimentation and creative testing to maximize campaign impact and scalability.
- Ensure creative outputs support both client objectives and business growth
Requirements
- Minimal S1 Open to All Majors
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in creative strategy, social media, influencer marketing, or digital agencies, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience handling UGC, KOL and digital campaign executions across TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, creator ecosystems, and performance-driven content.
- Ability to develop creative concepts, content angles, and storytelling that resonate with target audiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative processes is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze content performance and optimize creative outputs.
- Highly proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced agency environment.
