This is a full-time WFO role for a Creative Graphic Designer located in Sunter, Jakarta. As our Creative Graphic Designer you will be working directly with our CEO & Founder, gaining direct mentorship and strategic direction. You’ll be responsible for turning ideas into effective designs that connect with our audience.
Job Description
- Design high-quality visual materials for online and offline marketing, including social media, advertisements, point-of-sale materials, banners, brochures, events, and other promotional assets
- Develop creative designs for new product launches, including inner and outer packaging, labels, pr packages, and other branding materials
- Create and maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to transform ideas into compelling visual concepts
- Support content production by providing creative direction for product photography, videos, and campaign visuals
- Prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors or printers
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, or in a similar creative role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiar with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or other generative AI platforms)
- Experience designing product packaging, print materials, and offline promotional assets is a plus
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, branding, and print production
- Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of brand aesthetics
- Good time management, communication, and project coordination skills
- Willing to Work From Office (Sunter, Jakarta Utara)
