# Creative Graphic Designer – Static Ads & Premium Email Design
**Remote | Part-Time with room to grow to full time |

We're looking for someone who can create **jaw-dropping, scroll-stopping advertising that looks like it belongs alongside the world's most iconic brands.**

PulseStrap™ is a US-based wearable recovery brand. We're building a brand that stands out through unforgettable advertising, premium visuals, and powerful creative storytelling.
We want a designer who can take our brand to the next level.
### What You'll Create
- **Exceptional static advertisements** for Facebook, Instagram, and digital campaigns.
- **Jaw-dropping e-commerce email designs** that look and feel like premium brand campaigns.
- Cinematic product advertisements using dramatic lighting, creative compositions, and beautiful typography.
- Original promotional concepts for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and special offers.
- Premium layouts in Figma that our team can implement in Klaviyo.
- Multiple unique advertising concepts and creative variations.
### The Person We're Looking For
**You're not just a designer. You're a creative thinker.**
- You have exceptional visual taste and an outstanding portfolio.
- You can create premium, eye-catching advertising without constant direction.
- You understand what makes people stop scrolling.
- You have proven experience designing visually stunning e-commerce marketing emails.
- You're highly skilled in Figma and Photoshop.
- You understand typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy, and product storytelling.
- You can turn a simple brief into an extraordinary campaign.
- You proactively bring ideas instead of waiting for instructions.
- You take ownership of your work and consistently deliver polished designs.
Experience with AI image generation and advanced photo manipulation is a plus.
**We already have someone implementing emails in Klaviyo. Your responsibility is exceptional creative design.**
### PORTFOLIO REQUIRED — NO EXCEPTIONS
Your portfolio matters more than your education or years of experience.
**To apply, you MUST submit:**
1. Your **5 best static advertising designs** showing outstanding creativity and execution.
2. At least **2 visually exceptional e-commerce email designs** you've personally created.
3. A link to your Figma, Behance, Dribbble, or personal portfolio.
We want to see original, premium, high-impact advertising.
Generic Canva templates, ordinary social media posts, and applications without email design examples will not be considered.
### We Want Someone Who Can Work Independently
We provide the product assets, brand direction, and campaign objectives.
**You bring the ideas, artistic vision, and execution.**
We're not looking to micromanage someone through every design decision.
We want a creative professional who takes initiative, experiments, solves visual problems, and consistently surprises us with outstanding work.
### Position Details
- **Location:** Remote — Indonesia
- **Schedule:** Part-time, approximately 10–15 hours/week
- **Compensation:** IDR 2,700,000–4,000,000/month to start.
- **Opportunity:** Ongoing collaboration with a growing US consumer brand
- **Selection:** Portfolio review followed by a paid creative test for shortlisted candidates
