About Us
Karya Arts & Crafts is a vibrant arts and crafts studio specializing in creative activities for children. We offer a unique space where young minds can explore their artistic talents through hands-on play and learning. As we grow, we're looking for an inspiring leader to help drive our studio experience to the next level!
What You'll Do:
- Lead and design engaging creative activity sessions for children, parents, and nannies
- Supervise and mentor Play Store Attendants and junior staff
- Oversee daily store operations — inventory, stock control, and supplies
- Handle cash transactions, POS operations, and daily sales reporting
- Ensure the studio and play areas are always safe, welcoming, and well-maintained
- Deliver exceptional guest experience to our mostly international visitors
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and warmly
- Collaborate with management to develop new activity programs and ideas
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and creative atmosphere at all times
What We're Looking For:
- Female candidate
- SMA/SMK graduate or higher — with proven experience in a similar role
- Background in Biology, Chemistry, Education, or related field is a plus
- Strong experience working with children and facilitating creative activities
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Confident, warm communicator — able to engage kids, parents, nannies, and international guests
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
- English is a must — additional languages (French, German, Mandarin, etc.) are highly preferred
- Passionate about creativity, play, and child development
