Responsibilities :
- Lead the overall creative strategy for social media and content marketing.
- Develop content pillars, campaign ideas, and creative direction across digital platforms.
- Oversee daily, weekly, and campaign-based content production.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, branding, performance, and production teams.
- Ensure consistency in visual identity, tone of voice, and brand communication.
- Lead and manage the creative team including designers, videographers, editors, copywriters, and social media specialists.
- Analyze content performance and optimize based on insights and data.
- Stay updated with social media trends, digital culture, and consumer behavior.
- Build and improve efficient, scalable creative workflows.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in creative, content, or social media roles.
- Proven experience leading creative or content teams.
- Strong portfolio of social media campaigns and content projects.
- Deep understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, branding, and content aesthetics.
- Understanding of content performance metrics, engagement, and audience growth.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with creative tools and digital production workflows.
