CUiT is looking for a Creative Director who can turn creative ideas into commercially valuable programs, products, and intellectual properties (IP).
In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative concepts, creating compelling sales materials, and transforming CUiT's products and assets into marketable business opportunities. You'll work closely with the Business Development/Sales team to ensure every idea is not only creative, but also relevant to market needs and has clear revenue potential.
What You'll Do
- Develop creative programs and IPs with strong commercial potential and the ability to generate revenue.
- Create compelling sales decks and proposals that clearly communicate program concepts, value propositions, and partnership opportunities.
- Package CUiT's products, programs, and assets into attractive commercial offerings for brands and potential partners.
- Collaborate with the Business Development/Sales team to align creative concepts with market needs and client objectives.
- Explore new ideas, trends, and opportunities that can be transformed into scalable business initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in creative direction, brand marketing, campaign development, content, or program development.
- Strong conceptual thinking, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to combine creativity with business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Skilled in developing structured proposals, sales decks, and creative presentations.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Able to identify opportunities and translate ideas into actionable programs with measurable business value.
