Job Description:
- Lead the overall creative direction and translate brand, talent, and client goals into compelling visual and audio concepts that stay true to each talent's personal branding.
- Oversee the full production process — from pre-production through post-production — while making sure the core creative idea stays consistent at every stage.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the creative and production team (art directors, copywriters, visual artists, etc.), providing clear direction and constructive feedback along the way.
- Work closely with the social media, production, and talent management teams to consistently deliver high-quality content across all projects.
- Present and pitch creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, and confidently walk them through the reasoning behind creative decisions.
- Build and refine production SOPs and workflows — including smart use of AI tools — to keep the creative process efficient and scalable.
- Develop social media performance strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and regularly evaluate content based on engagement, views, and subscriber growth.
- Manage production timelines and budgets to make sure every project is delivered on time and within scope.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Creative Director, Creative Lead, Content Production Lead, or a similar role.
- Strong background in visual storytelling — whether through cinematography, editing, or design — with a solid understanding of the full content production process (visual POV, tone, audio, storytelling, and creative direction).
- Hands-on experience across pre-production to post-production, with the ability to develop consistent visual guidelines and creative direction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to articulate ideas clearly, give actionable feedback, delegate effectively, and navigate tough conversations to protect the integrity of a project.
- Solid grasp of production timeline management and how to run an efficient creative workflow.
- Comfortable reading content performance data and evaluating social media KPIs (engagement, views, subscribers, etc.).
- Deeply in tune with current aesthetic trends in advertising, cinema, and digital/social media.
- Detail-oriented with a sharp visual eye — and able to work fast, adapt quickly, and stay composed under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Has a portfolio of creative campaigns or content production projects to showcase.
- Experience growing social media accounts for talents or public figures, including personal branding strategy.
- Familiar with production and editing tools such as Sony cameras, Adobe Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of branding, audience behavior, and digital content strategy.
