Key Responsibilities :
- Develop creative guidelines and direction for marketing and social media content
- Lead and facilitate team brainstorming sessions to generate innovative campaign ideas
- Ensure all creative executions align with clients brand identity and campaign objectives
- Socialize creative guidelines and direction across cross-functional teams
- Maintain and nurture a strong creative culture within the team
- Provide leadership, feedback, and motivation to creative team members
- Review, revise, and update creative decks, brand materials, and campaign concepts
- Oversee creative output quality and ensure consistency across all platforms
- Translate marketing and business strategies into strong and impactful creative concepts
- Monitor content performance and continuously optimize creative strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of experience in creative roles, with leadership experience in Agency
- Experienced in handling UGC/KOC content campaigns and content brand
- Proven experience in creative roles with leadership responsibilities
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign concepts, brand storytelling, and creative leadership
- Experience working with multiple teams
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and audience engagement strategies
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards
