Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the creative team, including Content Creators, Designers, Videographers, and other creative roles.
- Develop and maintain the overall creative direction and visual identity of the brand.
- Create creative strategies and concepts for campaigns, social media, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Develop creative briefs and ensure ideas are translated into high-quality content.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, KOL, and other teams to develop integrated campaigns.
- Monitor creative trends and competitor activities to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- Provide creative guidance, feedback, and mentoring to team members.
- Take ownership of overall creative output and contribute to brand growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Creative, Art Direction, Content, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- Previous experience as a Creative Lead, Creative Director, Art Director, or similar leadership role.
- Proven experience leading and developing creative teams.
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, content creation, and visual communication.
- Strong knowledge of digital and social media content, especially TikTok and Instagram.
- Strong creative thinking and the ability to turn business objectives into creative concepts.
- Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and project management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
