Job Summary:

As a Creative Digital Executive at PT Bali Maya Permai Food Canning Industry, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies. You will utilize your expertise in digital channels to drive brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and ultimately contribute to our company's growth and success.

Job Description:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, and email marketing.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Develop and curate high-quality content for various digital channels, including social media, blog posts, email newsletters, and website content.
Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent online presence.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
Develop engaging social media content and strategies to foster audience engagement and brand loyalty.
Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using analytics tools.
Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, tools, and best practices.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, CRM, Email Marketing, and Social Media Management.
Design Graphic (Creative) and E-Commerce
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
