We are looking for a Creative Digital Content Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at combining visual storytelling with digital strategy to produce engaging and high-performing content across various platforms. You will be responsible for ideating, creating, and publishing digital content that enhances brand presence and drives audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative content strategies for digital channels including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online ads. - Design and produce high-quality visual assets such as banners, infographics, short videos, and animations using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
- Write compelling copy and captions that align with brand tone and campaign objectives.
- Plan and schedule content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, videographers, and social media managers.
- Ensure all content is optimized for each platform and adheres to branding guidelines. - Monitor content performance and generate insights to improve future content effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, digital innovations, and audience behavior.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in digital content creation, social media, or a related creative role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design and content work across digital channels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and/or other design tools (Canva, Figma).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Understanding of social media platforms, their formats, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
