Job Description – Creative Digital Content Specialist
Position Overview:
A Creative Digital Content Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing engaging digital content across multiple platforms (social media, website, blog, email marketing, paid ads, etc.). The role combines creativity with data-driven strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality digital content (images, videos, reels, infographics, blogs, captions, etc.) tailored for each platform.
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand identity, campaign goals, and target audience.
- Manage and grow company presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to support promotional campaigns and storytelling.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and viral content ideas to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
- Optimize content using SEO, hashtags, and platform-specific best practices.
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversion) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent posting and campaign execution.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, or freelancers when needed to produce high-quality creative assets.
- Stay updated with new tools, technologies, and digital marketing strategies.
Job Requirements – Creative Digital Content Specialist
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, Design, or related field (preferred but not always required).
Proven experience (2–3 years) in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative work (social media posts, campaigns, videos, designs, or blogs).
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent skills in content creation: copywriting, storytelling, photography, videography, and editing.
Proficiency in design and editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
Understanding of digital marketing and social media algorithms.
Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization is a plus.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
Ability to adapt content style depending on platform and target audience.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to read and interpret performance data.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
