🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative visual assets that strengthen the company's branding across digital and offline touchpoints.
- Create marketing materials for campaigns, social media, digital ads, presentations, and promotional activities.
- Design intuitive and visually engaging UI Design web and mobile applications.
- Produce internal corporate materials such as company collateral, operational materials, event assets, and other business communication needs.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and other cross-functional teams to deliver effective visual solutions.
- Utilize AI-powered creative tools to improve ideation, asset generation, and production efficiency.
- Edit basic short-form videos and simple motion graphics to support marketing and brand campaigns.
- Ensure all creative outputs follow brand guidelines and are ready for both digital and print production.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar video editing software.
- Strong understanding of UI Design, branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiar with preparing artwork for both digital and print production.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar creative tools.
- Able to communicate effectively and collaborate across multiple departments.
- Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI, branding, marketing, or digital creative work.

- Experience in designing for FinTech, SaaS, or digital products.
- Basic knowledge of design systems and responsive design.
