Creative Designer (Video)

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or related field (min. GPA 3.00)
2. Skilled in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
3. Able to independently take footage/shoot content, not limited to editing only
4. Familiar with photo editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom
5. Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual aesthetics
6. Up-to-date with social media and short-form video trends
7. Creative thinker with strong initiative and innovation mindset
8. Good time management and able to handle multiple projects
9. Creative, responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn

Job Description:

1. Create engaging video concepts and creative content for social media & marketing campaigns
2. Handle video production process including shooting, directing footage, and video editing
3. Create motion graphics and short-form video content for digital platforms
4. Collaborate with marketing team to transform ideas into compelling visual storytelling
5. Maintain visual consistency and brand identity across all content
6. Stay updated with content trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms
7. Support creative asset development and design needs when required
8. Assist in overall content production process for campaign and branding purposes
